Terms of Sale
These terms describe what is being sold, by whom, and under what conditions.
1. What the product is
AI Business OS — 2026 Edition is a downloadable digital implementation toolkit. It is not software, a hosted application or a service subscription.
2. Price
The current advertised price is $59 one-time. The final amount payable, including any applicable taxes, will be shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
3. Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing and tax mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
4. Delivery
Delivery occurs electronically after a successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for having software able to open PDF and XLSX files.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backup of the delivered files.
- Access to third-party AI tools or subscriptions is not included in the purchase.
6. License
Use of the product is governed by the Customer License & Usage Terms, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
7. No guaranteed outcome
No return on investment, time saving or business outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on your processes, inputs, tools and human review.
8. Statutory rights
Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under your local law are preserved and are not limited by these terms.
