AI Business OS — 2026 Edition is sold by business-os.store ("we", "us", the "Seller"), operating the website business-os.store. When you purchase the product you enter into a contract with business-os.store for the product itself, and with Paddle as Merchant of Record for the transaction (see section 4).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing or continuing to use AI Business OS or this website, you agree to these Terms of Sale, the Customer License & Usage Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract and, where you buy on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business.

AI Business OS — 2026 Edition is a downloadable digital implementation toolkit (PDF and XLSX files). It is not software, a hosted application or a service subscription. The current advertised price is $59 one-time; the final amount payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Delivery is electronic and occurs immediately after a successful payment, through a secure download link shown on the confirmation page and sent by email. No physical goods are shipped.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, invoicing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle; full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

All intellectual property in AI Business OS — including its text, templates, worksheets, prompts, structure and branding — remains owned by business-os.store. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use within one business, as set out in the Customer License & Usage Terms, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. No ownership is transferred.

You must not:

• Use the product or website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, white-label or otherwise share the product files outside the licensed business.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of business-os.store or of any third party.
• Commit or attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment circumvention.
• Send spam, or use the support channel or website to distribute unsolicited or malicious content.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the website — including malware, probing, penetration attempts, bypassing download-link protections, or automated scraping.
• Share download links, tokens or credentials with people outside the licensed business.

We may suspend or terminate your download access and license, with immediate effect where appropriate, if:

• You materially breach these terms or the Customer License & Usage Terms.
• Payment is reversed, charged back or fails after delivery, or the transaction is refunded.
• We identify fraud, payment abuse or a security risk connected to your access.
• You repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable-use rules in section 7.

On termination the license ends and you must stop using and delete the product files. Refunds following termination are handled under the Refund Policy and Paddle's rules.

We aim to keep the website and download links available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product and website are provided "as is" and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

No return on investment, time saving or business outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on your processes, inputs, tools and human review. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable and are not regulated professional advice; you remain responsible for reviewing them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Provide an accurate email address at checkout — delivery is sent to that address.
• Have software able to open PDF and XLSX files.
• Keep your own backup of the delivered files.
• Obtain any third-party AI tools or subscriptions separately; they are not included in the purchase.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and the courts of the Republic of Moldova have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
