There is no account, login or user profile on this site. You are not asked to register to view any page or to use the Free AI Readiness Scorecard.

Scorecard answers are scored entirely in your browser. Your answers and notes are not stored or transmitted to us. Closing or resetting the assessment discards them.

• Purchase email address — to deliver your download link and to let you recover it later. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Order reference and product purchased — to prove your entitlement to the files. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.
• Download link usage (issue time, last use) — to keep private links from being shared indefinitely. Legal basis: legitimate interests in preventing abuse.

We do not receive or store your card details. Payment data is handled by Paddle.

• Paddle — Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice, handles tax compliance and manages refunds, as an independent controller for that activity.
• Hosting, database and email delivery providers — as processors, strictly to run this site and send your download link.
• Authorities or professional advisers — only where required by law.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical information — IP address, request time, user agent and error logs — as needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure. This is not used to build a profile of you.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Download links expire 90 days after they are issued; a fresh link can be requested with your purchase email. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Order records and download tokens are stored in a private database that is not reachable from the browser. Product files sit in private storage and are served only through short-lived signed links issued after a valid purchase is confirmed.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict processing, and request a copy of your data. Where you are in the UK or EEA, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact us through the Support page and we will respond within one month.

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only storage strictly necessary to complete a checkout or show your downloads is used.
