Customer License & Usage Terms

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Business OS for internal purposes within one business.

• The product may be shared with the owners, employees, internal team members and contractors working directly for that business, where they need it to do that work.
• Separate businesses or separate clients require separate licenses, unless a written license agreement says otherwise.

• Print and annotate the worksheets for internal use.
• Adapt the templates and prompts to your own business context.
• Use the outputs produced with the help of the product in your business.
• Create internal SOPs, policies, briefs and process documentation based on the material.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish or give away the product or its files.
• Upload the product publicly or to any location where it can be obtained by people outside the licensed business.
• Repackage the product, in whole or in part, for resale.
• Provide the source files to clients or to other businesses.
• Create a substantially similar product for resale based on the material.
• Remove or alter licensing notices in order to redistribute the material.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the product.

Agencies and consultants may use AI Business OS for their own business. The standard license does not permit:

• Distributing the product or its files to clients.
• Installing or deploying the toolkit into multiple client businesses.
• Selling the workflows or templates as client deliverables.
• White-labeling the product.

Third-party AI subscriptions are not included with this product. You choose which tools to use and remain responsible for the provider's terms, privacy conditions, pricing, your data decisions and the human review of any output.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose. The product is an implementation and productivity resource; it is not regulated professional advice.

Your purchase includes the AI Business OS 2026 Edition and any v1.x revisions released for that edition. Future annual editions, separately named products, major new product lines or separately licensed add-ons may be sold separately.

After delivery, keeping a backup copy of your files is your responsibility.

• All intellectual property in the product remains with the product owner.
• A breach of these terms may result in termination of the license.
• Mandatory statutory rights that apply to you are not excluded or limited by these terms.

The transaction is also subject to the Terms of Sale and the Refund Policy presented at checkout.

Where an individual AI Business OS file contains a shorter license notice, that notice is a summary only. These Customer License & Usage Terms govern the permitted use of the product, including internal team use within the licensed business.
